Students who need additional support after the majority of the class has mastered a skill receive individual intervention. SpringMath generates a week's worth of lessons targeting the specific skill gap. This sample packet walks through intervention for dividing fractions. Each session pairs a short teacher-led lesson with timed “Cover, Copy and Compare” practice, so students learn why the steps work (including why “invert and multiply” works) as well as how to do them. The packet includes teacher scripts, daily practice sheets, troubleshooting tips, a progress monitoring probe and a chart students use to track their own scores.
